Minuses: it’s a bit long and can feel bulky if you’re moving fast or climbing ladders a lot. Also takes some space in a backpack.
Pluses: this raincoat has saved me during full-on storms. I’ve worked outside in heavy rain and strong wind, and stayed dry and warm the whole time. When I’m on a rooftop or open site with crazy gusts, it actually blocks the wind well - no freezing, no soaked hoodie underneath. The hood sits nicely and doesn’t fly off, and the fabric feels tough enough to handle rough use, branches, and sharp edges. Water just beads off and doesn’t soak in, even after hours outside.
To sum up: if you need serious rain and wind protection for outdoor work, this coat feels like proper armor - not pretty-light, but reliable when weather gets brutal.
