Refunds and Disputes
At YURiNOX, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Complete the Return Authorization Form, include it with your item, and securely package everything with proof of purchase. Returns should be sent to: Yurinox Work Wear, Inc. C/O Fulfillment Plus, Inc., 889 Waverly Avenue, Holtsville, NY 11742. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable, and shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the return is due to our error. For disputes such as defects, incorrect items, or sizing issues, contact us within 3 days of delivery—we'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a refund, exchange, or store credit.
