Return policy

At YURiNOX, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy as outlined below.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and include all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Download and complete the Return Authorization Form available on our website at Include this form with the item you are returning.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number, return form, and proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund as soon as we have inspected the item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive your refund within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

Shipping Charges

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card or original method of payment within two billing cycles.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective product, please fill out the defective order form on our website. A case number will be sent to your email after you submit the form and a customer service representative will contact you shortly.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the exchange. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, please follow the returns process for a full refund. We can only accept one product exchange. If your new product still doesn't work for you, it will need to be returned.
