We added these work sandals to our uniform lineup after realizing our crew needed lighter footwear for hot days and indoor jobs. In Sacramento, the heat can get so intense that asphalt is basically melting under your feet by midday, and heavy boots just become torture. We first ordered a small batch to test how they’d hold up in those conditions, and the team appreciated having something more breathable and lightweight for extreme temperatures. After seeing the positive feedback, we expanded the order and kept sourcing more gear from the same supplier to maintain consistent quality across footwear and clothing. We also used logo customization to keep a cohesive team look. Deliveries have been reliable, communication clear, and working with one supplier has made scaling our workwear much easier.

The straps felt a bit stiff at first, but they softened up after a couple of weeks. These work sandals turned out to be really comfortable for hot weather and long shifts, especially when heavy boots feel like overkill. The sole grips well on concrete and dusty floors, and they’re easy to slip on and off during quick breaks. I wish the material was softer tho

Downsides: Not the warmest option, so they’re strictly for hot weather or indoor use. Also took me a day to fully break them in. Upsides: Light, breathable, and super comfortable for long shifts. Feet don’t overheat, the sole feels stable, and they’re easy to slip on and off. Great when you’re on your feet all day but want something more relaxed than boots. To sum up: a solid choice for warm days and lighter work - comfy, practical, and easy on the feet.
