Refunds and Disputes


At YURiNOX, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return process.


Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:


  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Complete the Return Form: Download and fill out the Return Authorization Form. Be sure to include this form with your returned item.
  • Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original condition and packaging. Include the completed return form, your RMA number, and proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable, and shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the return is due to our error.


Disputes


If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, a defect, or a discrepancy in size or quantity—please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the nature of the problem.
